How To Make Soto Ayam Lamongan  Materials needed for Make Soto Ayam Lamongan:
Half chicken (300gr) Chicken1.750ml water

  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 1 whole clove
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Softened seasoning:

  • 8 red onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coriander
  • 3 grains of toasted hazelnut

Complementary Soto Ayam Lamongan:

  • 100 gr bean sprouts
  • 30gr fried glass noodles
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 30gr cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced tips
  • 1 tablespoon garlic fries
  • Cayenne pepper

How To Make Soto Ayam Lamongan:

1. Add the chicken along the water to the pan, then add ginger, clove, lemongrass and salt and cook until boiling. Reduce heat, boil until the greasy chicken broth and the chicken is tender.
